1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between cbd33 and its users ("Member" or "you"). The cbd33 platform provides online betting, casino games, sportsbook, and related entertainment services. By registering on the platform, you consent to all clauses of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account and use any service on the cbd33 platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening accounts and using the platform. cbd33 reserves the right to verify age at any time, and accounts found to have provided false information will be closed.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

It is mandatory to provide complete and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing a false name, address, or contact details may result in account closure and the freezing of deposited funds.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If a third party uses your account, the full responsibility lies with you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify cbd33 support immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at cbd33 is ৳200 (per method). Accepted deposit methods:

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, cbd33 may request additional documents for identity verification. If the required documents are not provided in time, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no facility for transactions in any other currency.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Violation of Bonus Terms

If bonus abuse, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended. Each promotion applies only when its specified conditions are met.

4.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, cbd33 organizes special offers, cashback, and events. Each offer will have its own terms, and these will be detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

The cbd33 VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers various benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can move up from one tier to a higher tier through regular play. VIP benefits apply to active members only. cbd33 reserves the right to change VIP program benefits at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds may be voided, and the staked amount will be returned.

6.2 System Errors

Any abnormal winnings or losses resulting from a software or server error are not valid. cbd33 reserves the right to correct balances in such situations.

6.3 Fraud & Manipulation

If a member is found to be using fraudulent strategies, bots, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes, their account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply to certain games or events. This information will be stated on the relevant game or betting page.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbd33 platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use yours
• Attempting to manipulate betting or gaming outcomes
• Using automated software or bots
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security
• Using a false identity or fake documents
• Harassing or misleading other members

If any of the above activities are proven, cbd33 reserves the right to close the account and take legal action.
